Below we outline what a typical process looks like to each of our new clients. Each new member of our family has unique circumstances and, therefore, no two initial engagements are the same. For some clients, we begin our process with only a few meetings, for others, it takes longer.

We enjoy each and every journey we take with our new family members and the value that is brought to their lives through exploring their circumstances and needs. Getting acquainted, discussing who you are, the life you lead, and your legacy. We’ll take you through a series of questions in order to fully understand how we can assist you in creating a sound financial plan for the future.


Analysis of current investments, detailed explanation of our investment plan for you, recommendations to achieve goals. The Investment Plan Meeting usually takes place about two weeks after the Discovery Meeting, after we’ve had some time to complete our analysis and recommendations.


Fine tuning, discuss any adjustments to be made, mutually commit to work together to achieve success. The Mutual Commitment Meeting is usually scheduled a week after the Investment Plan Meeting. These two meetings can also be combined if you are ready to move forward.


Organization of paperwork, transferring any accounts, answering any and all questions. The Follow Up Meeting is scheduled approximately 45 days after the Mutual Commitment Meeting, but the entire process is flexible to benefit your schedule and current needs.

We’ll get together on a regular basis to discuss not only the Investment Plan, but your wealth management plan, which looks at all aspects of your life. We’ll continue to monitor any changes that may occur and adjust plans accordingly. These meetings can take place quarterly or less frequently, depending on how often you want to meet. The most important aspect is that we are in constant contact so that we are able to adjust to any changes in your life.
