Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

FAQ: What you can expect from a relationship with Arcadia Wealth Management?

What type of fees should I expect to pay?

Arcadia Wealth Management manages investments on a fee-only basis. We have conducted thorough due diligence in our research to identify high quality no-load mutual funds with low expense ratios. There are no commissions generated on any transactions we conduct for our clients. Our fees are tier-based with breakpoints at which your fees decrease on additional assets. Our advice is objective without conflicts of interest, which is essential for an investor’s peace of mind.

How is a financial plan created and what does it include?

Financial planners gather relevant data about the client, analyze it, and then provide a number of recommendations for the client to follow in order to help achieve their specific goals and objectives. Complete financial plans take into consideration all of the elements of the client’s financial situation. This includes, but is not limited to: cash flow planning, investment analysis and planning, tax planning, retirement and estate planning, risk management (insurance needs), education funding and any other needs specific to you.

What kinds of securities do you provide advice for?

We provide advice on a wide range of securities, including mutual funds, equities, bonds, annuities, insurance and certificates of deposit. Specifically, we offer access to Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA). DFA manages the cost of their funds by only offering them via a select group of financial advisory firms.

Do you charge for an initial meeting?
Arcadia welcomes initial consultations with no obligation. We provide a free consultation during our meeting process to determine if we can provide you with the services and guidance to meet your needs. We work with clients with hopes that we can have a major positive impact on their lives
What should I bring to the initial meeting?

Please contact us to find out more information on what to bring. At the very least, please bring a copy of your current holdings so we will be able to analyze your investments to ensure we make the best recommendations for you and your family.

How often do we meet?

Financial planning services are initiated on an as-needed basis. We recommend that you review your goals with us quarterly.

Investment management services are ongoing and you may call on us at anytime so that we may help you with your financial needs. Continuous communication helps to keep your financial plan on track. We are available at all times for any special needs or situations.
